The benefits from bowling are gentle exercise together with improving coordination skills and the bonus of a friendly social atmosphere. During the season from April to October we hold practice nights on a Wednesday evening at 6.30pm.
Come along and whether you are beginner or want to take up the sport again you will be given free coaching. We have bowls of different weights and sizes to suit everyone. You can try a few Wednesday evening sessions before decide what you want to do, and if find you have enjoyed the experience you can then join the club and either play socially or join a team.
